At my highest weight I topped the scale at 575 pounds, at least, that is as high as the scale in the Dr’s office would go.
A Love for Cooking and Teaching:
However, my life has always revolved around the kitchen. I find immense joy in cooking, sharing my culinary creations, and teaching others how to prepare delicious meals. It was through this love for food and teaching that I stumbled upon my unique approach to weight loss.
The Epiphany: Guilt-Free Dining:
I realized that in order to succeed in my weight loss journey, I needed to redefine “diet” as something normal, enjoyable, and far from restrictive. Food should be a source of delight, not guilt.
